A foodlab. It sounds like another new trendy English term for something that might have existed for a long time, but to be honest, we can't come up with a better name for what Steven Desair does. Leave the petri dishes and steaming test tubes aside, the experiments of eatmosphere take place in the hospitality and food industry. By professionally playing with food, this food lab sheds a different light on our food system.
Although Steven consistently speaks about 'we', he is the brain and hands of eatmosphere. At the same time, he has the talent to gather the right people around him who can enhance and execute his ideas. He started alone in 2015, however, driven by admirable idealism...
